We’re kicking off VLX7 at the KAW theatre with a 90-minute immersion into the world’s best underground cinema. 16 films. One night. Infinite perspectives.Featuring works by: Elian Mikkola, Jeongeun Lee, Olivia Norquay, Amos Mann, Sabrina Paixão, Patrick Doyon, Miglė Križinauskaitė, Hannu Nieminen, Timo Jansson, Josh Weissbach, Vasco Diogo, Giorgio Gerardi, David Ellis, Martin Gerigk, Rowan Martin Mikolic-O’Rourke, David Baeumler, and Carlotta Beck Peccoz.

PROGRAM 2 Saturday, March 14 | 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Doors 4:30)

Continue the journey on Saturday with a 90-minute exploration of digital reality, memory, and emergence. This session features a special Live Score by Audrey Harrer, a composer and harpist whose work blends melodic wordplay with processed instruments to rethink the concert experience. Featuring works by: Tristan Zand, Hogan Seidel, Georg Koszulinski, Saba Khatami, Benjamin Poumey, Natasa Prosenc Stearns, Eric Souther, Matt Mullins, Jacob Swafford, Soyeon Kim, and Chris May.

PROGRAM 3 Sunday, March 15 | 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM (Doors 1:30)

The final transmission of VLX7 arrives Sunday afternoon, featuring a Live Score by Redmapledome and friends. We close the festival with 12 works centered on virtual presence and toxic edens. Featuring works by: Peter Whittenberg, Harper Austin, Nicole Blundell, Andrew Wakeman Proctor, Ghada Sayegh, Daniel Jaśniewski, Timothy James Nohe, Sub Net, Sarah Legow, Mersolis Schöne, Estelle Cortet, and Billy Palumbo.
